As a licensed Professional Home Inspector through NACHI and a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Montana, I started performing home watch services as a complement to my home inspection services.
With 30+ years of experience in the construction industry specializing in trim carpentry and my home inspection profession, I have a keen eye for detail. My carpentry and home inspection skills give me an advantage when looking after someone’s home or property.
As a general contractor, I can fix just about anything in a home. Most small defects that are discovered during a home watch inspection I can fix at no cost while on-site, saving you money by not having to call someone else.
